Phase 1
Initial Contact
We receive the client's contact request and carefully review the project idea, requirements, and business goals to understand the overall vision.
Phase 2
Discovery Meeting
We schedule a meeting with the client to discuss the project in detail, clarify requirements, identify challenges, and better understand expectations and objectives.
Phase 3
Project Planning
Our team defines the project structure, architecture, and development strategy, including database relationships, table creation, backend structure, frontend architecture, and DevOps processes such as CI/CD.
Phase 4
Task Organization
We break the project into organized tasks and workflows, including database modeling, backend development, frontend implementation, infrastructure setup, and deployment planning.
Phase 5
Client Approval
After planning is completed, we present the roadmap, scope, timelines, and technical approach to the client for validation and approval before development begins.

Development
